A Roland está preparando uma comemoração dos 33 anos do TR-909 Rhythm Composer. A ação tambem deve incluir novos lançamentos da linha Roland AIRA.
A 909 Celebration está marcada para o dia 9 de setembro com um 24-hour live stream anunciado via Facebook, prometendo lançar instrumentos novos e inspiradores.
Frankie Knuckles, Jeff Mills, The Prodigy e Daft Punk são alguns dos nomes que já utilizaram a TR-909 drum machine, que parou de ser produzida em 1985.
A linha AIRA da Roland inclui produtos como o TR-8 Rhythm Performer, o TB-3 Touch Bassline, o sintetizador analógico System-500 e vários outros.
